What is your delivery Area ?

We Deliver to all salt lake valley, Utah.

When do you deliver?

We make two deliveries a week. The first delivery will be either Monday evening or Tuesday morning. The second delivery will be either Thursday evening or Friday morning. The day that your food is delivered on depends on where you are located in the Salt Lake Valley

What if I am not home at time of delivery?

Your delivery comes in an insulated bag that will protect your food for up to four hours, however we do recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible to ensure freshness.

What if I have allergies/food restrictions?

No problem! Ultimate Food Essentials specializes in adhering to your specific food restrictions. Whether for allergies, medical condition, or a food you just absolutely do not like, we can eliminate those foods from your meals. Of course we encourage our clients to be as open minded to foods as possible, because we love to introduce you to new and exciting culinary experiences

What kind of food can I expect?

Ultimate Food Essentials creates delicious, freshly prepared, energy enhancing and balanced meals. You can expect to receive a variety of proteins, grains, fruits, vegetables and healthy fats based on your food preferences and the plan that you select.

What if I don’t want to lose weight ?

Everyone benefits from healthy eating, whether you need to lose, maintain or gain weight. We can customize your meals to help you meet your fitness goals. We’re here to help you with your specific needs, whatever they may be

How are my meals delivered – fresh or frozen?

All your meals are prepared and delivered fresh, never frozen.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free with a $50 minimum order value. There may be an additional charge for outlying areas.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. We also can accept cash or check at time of delivery.

Can I freeze the meals?

Most of our meals can be frozen to be eaten at a later date. The exceptions would be green salads and some snacks.

How do I heat the meals?

All meals that require heating can be microwaved in the containers they arrive in. To heat meals in a conventional oven, transfer your food to an oven safe plate and cook until meal is heated through. Be careful! The plate will be hot!

Can I add seasoning?

Our meals are prepared with a minimal amount of salt for health reasons; however, you may choose to add spices as desired. Within two to three weeks your palate should adjust to eating foods with a minimal amount of salt, which has many health benefits.

What if I’m hungry or there’s too much food for me to eat?

Just let us know! We will work with you to adjust your portion size accordingly.

How will I be billed?

You may choose to pay weekly at our standard rate, or pay four weeks at a time at a discounted pre-pay rate. Billing cycles will renew automatically unless you call to cancel Login to your account page and suspend Deliveries  with appropriate notice. (48 hours notice).

How can I make changes to my plan?

You give us a call, send an email or Login to your MyAccount page and suspend your Delivery on the Website 48 hours before your delivery time and we will be happy to make any changes you request.

What is the cancellation policy?

As with any changes to your plan, you may cancel your service as long as you do it a 48 hours in advance of your next delivery time. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

What promotions/discounts can I take advantage of?

We offer seasonal promotions to all our current and past clients. Please call and ask about current promotions/discounts.

What if I have to go out of town?

No problem. Simply call us 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time and we will suspend your deliveries until you get back (as outlined above)

Do you have a referral program?

We know our best advertising tool is YOU! We offer $20 off one week of food for you and each person you refer that signs up for a minimum of one week on selected plans.
